Meadows at Cheshire Real Estate

As a long-time resident of the Meadows at Cheshire in Galena, Ohio, I am intimately familiar with the homes in this community. The neighborhood is extremely well-maintained with a central community park and even a fishing pond. It’s ideal location across the street from Alum Creek State Park allows for easy access to boating, fishing and hanging out at the large, sandy beach. Harbor Pointe is also across the street from Double Eagle Golf Club, one of the highest rated courses in Ohio.

The MAC homeowner’s association does a great job of maintaining the common areas of the subdivision. We always know that our streets will be cleared when it snows. In addition, there are several community events such as the annual “Party in the Park” that is a great way for neighbors to meet and have fun.

Cheshire Market is just around the corner and has some of the best pizza in Columbus, as well as a convenience store and bait shop. The Tavern at the Creek and Water’s Edge Sports Grill are both great places to eat and drink and they are within walking distance as well.

For grocery shopping, Meijer and Kroger are ten minutes away and there is tons of shopping at the Polaris Mall (15 minutes away) and Tangier Outlet Mall (5 minutes).

One of the best part of living in the Meadows at Cheshire is the school district. Olentangy Schools are consistently rated as one of the top districts in Ohio. Johnnycake Corners Elementary School is three miles away and the Olentangy Berkshire Middle School is even closer. The newly built Olentangy Berlin High School is within five miles.
